He has served as Acting Chairman of the Board since February 09, 2022 and as Chairman of the Board of Freedom Finance Insurance since February 17, 2023.

Freedom Insurance is the first insurance company in Kazakhstan that works for the convenience of car owners. It is for them that we launch useful products and services: simple electronic policy issuance on the website, the first insurance subscription in Kazakhstan, and a digital service for accident payments up to 5 days.

The company was registered on June 9, 2009 under another name. On October 29, 2018 the company was re-registered with the justice authorities and now it is called IC Freedom Finance Insurance JSC. License No. 2.1.16 dated 24.11.22.

Freedom Finance Insurance JSC has a comprehensive obligatory reinsurance contract for property risks and cargoes with a wide scope of coverage, including insurance of property and construction and installation works on an "all risks" basis, business interruption, equipment breakdown, electronic equipment, coverage of fire and related risks, as well as risks of terrorism and civil unrest. The contract is placed with Hannover Re, rated "AA-" by S&P.

S&P Global Ratings upgraded Freedom Insurance's national scale rating to kzBBB- from kzBBB+
