The Europrotocol mobile application is being launched in test mode!

With the assistance of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market and Insurance Organizations the Europrotocol mobile application has been launched, the application will change the interaction between insurance organizations and clients. After receiving the results of the test run and adjusting the work, full operation will begin on January 1, 2024. This information is officially reported by the Insurance Payment Guarantee Fund, which is responsible for developing the application.

The "Europrotocol" app provides the user with the opportunity to register an accident without the participation of the traffic police in cases of minor accidents, where the guilty person and the extent of the damage are obvious. By downloading the application from the App Store or Google Play, you can file an insurance claim yourself, both for individuals and legal entities, including non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


Under what conditions does the Europrotocol apply?
• The amount of repairs for the injured party for 2024 does not exceed 369 thousand tenge (not exceeding 100 MCI);
• No harm was caused to anyone's life or health;
• As a result of the accident, only vehicles were damaged (without damage to other property);
• Both participants in the accident have valid compulsory car insurance policies;
• There are no disagreements between drivers regarding the list of damages and circumstances of the road accident;
• Mobile numbers of road accident participants are registered in the Mobile Citizens Database.


Stages of registration:
• Participants are authorized in the mobile application;
• They indicate the date, time and location of the accident.
• Enter the details of the person responsible for the accident and the driver.
• Enter vehicle data: mileage, VIN code.
• Take general photos of the street and the vehicle with license plate from four sides.
• indicate the locations of damage.
• Wait for confirmation from the system.

From the moment the application is launched, all necessary documents, accident coordinates and photographs of damage will be automatically transferred to a single system unchanged through the application. Insurance companies will have access to this data and will be able to process such claims faster. In this case, the injured party is exempt from collecting the standard set of documents for submitting an insurance payment. If approved, payments will be received on average within 6 days.
