How to get help under the PTA policy
To receive emergency medical and other assistance while abroad, you must:

2. Report the following information:
Full name, number and validity period of the policy;
The name of your insurance company;
The reason why you need medical care (illness, injury);
Location (country, city);
The code and phone number where the service company coordinator can contact you.
If you need emergency medical assistance, we do not recommend contacting Assistance via SMS.
